We understand that data is central to your operations. At tamigo your data is kept private and safe.
We are committed to privacy, security compliance and transparency. To earn our customers' trust, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer. To further earn our customers’ trust, our Data Protection Agreement (DPA) has been updated to provide you with contractual commitments regarding tamigo's compliance with GDPR.

Roles and custom roles
You can configure tamigo so your employees only can access pages and information that they are meant to access. You can also create custom roles in tamigo to ensure that different employees, such as managers, planners and payroll will only see the necessary data.
Hide absence reasons
Employees’ absence reasons are considered sensitive data in GDPR. You can configure tamigo to only display absence reasons to the employee who requests the absence, and to his or her supervisor.
Data anonymisation
You can permanently remove sensitive and identifiable data from an employee, to comply with the right to be forgotten.
Export all data for a single employee
Based on GDPR data mobility requirements, it is possible to export a package containing all data for specified employee that were stored in tamigo – personal and salary details, shifts, vacations, documents, etc.
Employee data field visibility per role
You can show and hide certain fields based on who is viewing the data. For example, the payroll responsible person will only see employee details which are needed to pay out wages.
What data does tamigo store and how is tamigo handling my data?
tamigo stores the data that is provided by our customers as well as system usage data. The system usage data only contains references to data stored by our customers – no identifiable or sensitive data is stored for this purpose.

How long does tamigo store data?
We store data as long as you are an active customer. After contract termination, the data is retained for 90 days.
Where is data stored?
All customer data is hosted within the EU. We make sure that our third-party service providers are GDPR compliant and store and process all data within the EU.
What are your rights regarding your data?
As a business owner

As an employee of our customers
tamigo is data processor for its customers, and therefore all requests regarding data mobility, rectification and removal should be addressed to the employer’s Data Protection Officer or HR department.
