Why you need to track working time
In 2019, the EU’s highest court ruled that companies must put in place “objective, reliable and accessible” time tracking systems. This is so the EU’s Working Time Directive can be properly enforced.
Since then, member states have been passing the ruling into national legislation. Denmark did so in early 2024, with the changes coming into effect on 1 July.
Among the requirements of the new laws are that working time data must be kept by companies for at least 5 years, and that employees can access their own information.
tamigo empowers you to meet all those requirements. Contact our Danish sales team today to arrange a free demo.
